Hello,
I am requesting a full refund for my recent hotel stay due to serious safety and service issues.
Hotel staff entered our room and went through our personal belongings and luggage without permission. We were locked out of our room and given the wrong room key twice, which made us feel unsafe. There was also a major privacy issue, as you could see directly into the room from under the door, forcing us to place a towel underneath for safety , also heat did NOT stay on! It continued to be very cold!
When we tried to report these concerns, the staff was rude and hung up on us. Because of these incidents, we did not feel safe continuing our stay.
This experience did not meet basic safety standards, and I believe a full refund is appropriate. Please let me know how this will be resolved
