Mixed review here. The hotel had ants (and maybe fleas) in my room. The staff was extremely apologetic. They tried spraying the room but to no avail, the bugs kept coming. I asked for a new room - they explained that they were sold out - But they were able to get me into the adjacent room that was not being used due to a broken toilet seat. I didn't care, just need a clean bed. Now this was all at Midnight and the staff bent over backwards for me so I think this is a plus. Breakfast was slightly better quality than most average hotels. Amenities were good.

The staff also helped me print something out that I needed for an event I was in town for, as I'd printed too small and they were so gracious to assist. This was such a subpar room. Location- great. Upon entering the hotel was clean but had a mildew/mold smell. Upon going to our room located on the3rd floor the smell got worse! It was just not pleasant. The room smell was ok but carpets felt really crusty. The beds are comfy. The shower pressure was good. The ice maker on the 3rd level was inoperable and so was the soda machine. Ok here’s the kicker, the pool area was so moldy and had visible mold on the wall. We felt gross and decided to leave. We only had an overnight stay but we wouldn’t stay again.
