The staff were very nice. Room was clean. We brought our dog didnt know that we had to pay an extra 40.00 dollars. No place for dogs to go to the bathroom. I didn't like hearing what was going on next door maybe insulate the walls where the beds are.Didnt like the people living their watching us pack up to leave. All in all I would recommend staying.

The picture of the room did not match the room. There was very old carpeting that could be replaced due to odor. An AC unit needs to be clean severely smelled of mildew when turned on. Bedding, furnishings, bathroom were all updated. Easy access to USB port. Lots of plugs which was great. Front desk attendant was extremely friendly and accommodating. Considering this was a last-minute booking, I was grateful to have it.

The room was alright. The back of the toilet was taped up. There was no remote to the TV when we arrived. There was kids running around in diapers, in and out of the other rooms with the doors open. Parents yelling at the kids. We were asked by someone if we had a big broom. We were also asked if we had a cigarette. Said they don't normally take dogs, but I seen a chihuahua running around with no leash. The room is definitely not what the pictures advertised as. We didn't even stay our 2nd night.

Buyer beware! We arrived and noticed some sketchy clientele lingering around the parking lot. I didn't think much of it at the time and proceeded to check in. In hindsight, that was a major red flag! The online photos make the room look updated, quaint and cozy, like you would expect from a motor inn near Lake George. As soon as we opened the door the room smelled like urine. The room was definitely misrepresented in the online photos. The room in person was dark, dingy and appeared dirty and outdated. We could not even stay there - after 5 minutes we went back to the office, returned the key, left and booked another room for the night. The manager would not give us a refund for the room since it was booked through the app.

Good choice

Nice older hotel great location and value. Property is well cared for clean and quiet. Front desk gentleman who helped me out was accommodating to a room request very willing to allow me to request a different one during a holiday weekend.
