Friendly staff, good air conditioning in the room, strong water pressure in the shower, and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The room was quiet and had several lighting options, as well as digital "Do Not Disturb" and "Make Up Room" signs that illuminated outside the room when activated from inside.

Hello! My friend and I traveled to London and we were literally only 10 minute walk to Big Ben and the London eye. The staff were amazing even getting was checked in earlier which was so nice!! The breakfast was very yummy and the staff helped with any questions. It also was only a few minutes away from the tube which was very easy to navigate. Book it! You won’t regret it!

Good property in convenient location but our taxi couldn't find it and dropped us at the wrong Hub property. This one is actually stuck in an alley (their words). Room was modern and functional but really small, so basically just what is advertised. Staff is helpful, amenities are sparse. Overall it suited our needs for two nights as we were out of the city for the entire time we were there and it was close to the Victoria train and coach station. If you are looking for a clean, modern no frills place to stay in a very convenient location, this is for you. Just be careful if you are taking a taxi or Uber to get there.
