The pillow was too low and small. When asked two more pillows for myself and my wife, the front asked extra charge. The noise from outside was loud enough prevented us from keeping us awake. We used ear plugs to make a sleep. When checked in the morning, it was from the heat pumps. There were large number of heat pumps two level down of the window.

1층에서 프런트 찾기부터 불편했고, 프런트 직원의 친절도도 별로. 투숙객은 많은데 직원은 한명이 다 응대하느라 시간도 엄청 걸림. 화장실 변기 물은 잘 내려가질 않아 시종 불안함으로 이용. 봐달라 하고 외출했다 들어왔는데 변화 없음. 커튼 젖히고 창문 여니 5층 에어컨 실외기들 모여있는 곳. 시끄럽고 실외기 바람들 들어와 문을 열어둘 수 없고, 세상천지 첨 경험하는 실외기 뷰! 전기 코드는 망가져 작동하지 않고, 방안 구조는 이상해 넓은데도 불편. 지금껏 처음 경험하는 호텔. 엘리베이터도 건물 규모에 비해 엄청 모자라 우린 5층에서 강제로 오르내리기 운동 당함.
