The staff was amazing. Gavin the manager is the best work with us when we had to move to a room in Phoenix. He helped us try and find a room to save us time looking. The staff was/is super friendly helped us out so much. If you looking for a really reasonable great place to stay that is per friendly and your traveling through or to Prescott this is the place to stay. It's right on the outskirts whiskey row.

Rooms are small, dated, and smell of mildew. Found a toenail in the freshly made bed upon check-in. Walls are thin — you can hear everyone and everything around you. Sheets are worn and yellowed. The odor of the room was the worst part of our short stay.

Tina attempted to be helpful. She was very friendly but over promised and under delivered. Said there would be a AAA discount applied and it wasn’t. Room was ridiculously expensive for what it was. Stained bedding, clogged shower, stained shower floor, the hotel itself had an odor. Worst stay. Walls are paper thin. Very overpriced for what you get. Beyond disappointed
