We had prepaid for a room to stay at on our trek across the states, and when our trip was delayed by a day due to the moving company arriving late, this business REFUSED to give us a refund. Even tho the reservation said free cancellations... Had we known that our funds wouldn't have been returned if there was an issue, we wouldn't have stayed there, let alone prepay. Horrid customer service...when I called, they said that they would call me back, and never did. Just ignored us, and refused to refund.
