Not Worth the Say...Never Again

Unfortunately, this hotel falls short in many areas and is in desperate need of major renovations. The overall atmosphere feels dated, with dark rooms due to poor lighting and carpets that appear to be original from the 1970s. The furniture is noticeably worn and tattered, and the beds are quite uncomfortable. There were no extra blankets provided, no closet available for storage, and the bathroom is in serious need of a complete overhaul. Even the curtains are made of plastic, adding to the outdated and unwelcoming feel. Additionally, the hotel lacks many basic amenities commonly found in other accommodations—such as breakfast options, grab-and-go items, or even a small supply of convenience items like Tylenol or toothpaste. Given the condition and lack of services, the price does not reflect a good value. The one positive note is the staff, who were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout the stay. However, their kindness alone is not enough to justify the overall experience.

Inexpensive was what I was looking for and it was getting an average of 7.3 So what was great for me traveling without the more discerning wife. I checked in promptly and the check in gal was very courteous. I went up the one flight of stairs to My room and and when I opened, I was surprised to how neat, clean and free of any odor it was. I was patting myself on the back for a hotel room well worth the money. I did not see an elevator but did not ask if one was at the end of the hall either. When I attend this annual meeting again next year, this is where I’ll stay.

The run down hotel

The place looked a lot more run down than the pictures and seemed very dirty. My wife and I didn’t even make it five steps inside the door before deciding to turn around and take our family elsewhere. Had to eat the fee for the room but that’s better than having to stay in that hotel

Great stay !!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although no breakfast on site there were restaurants very close by. They even had a coffee pot in room upon request and 1 in the lobby . We will stay there again if and when we travel , should we go to Missouri.

Rooms clean, simple, comfortable. Frig & Microwave. Free Coffee in the lobby; vending available; Perkins 2 doors down with $5-$7 eggs/bacon/pancakes. Dominos Pizza delivery from across Hwy 54. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Pets allowed for extra charge. Suited our needs for 2 night holiday stay very nicely!

There was nothing to like about this property. The room was on the back side of the property. This was a ground floor room. The window was open and didn’t lock. I asked for a different room but the two rooms they had available were on the second floor. The property did not have an elevator and I am traveling with my elderly mother. I had to go to another property. I would never recommend this property to anyone

To Whom It May Concern, My name is DeAndre Barry, and I am completing this survey because I had an outstanding experience at the Travel Lodge by Wyndham in Jefferson City, MO, during my stay from October 3-6, 2024. From the moment I arrived, the front desk receptionist, Asia, made me feel truly welcomed and provided service as if we had known each other for years. Her dedication and attentiveness resolved several issues immediately, allowing me to enjoy my stay to the fullest. Here’s what I experienced and how Asia went above and beyond to address my concerns. 1. Reservation Assistance: Before arriving, I confirmed my check-in date with both a Wyndham representative and the local hotel staff. However, en route to the hotel, I received a call about a potential reservation issue. Despite not being able to reach corporate directly, Asia assured me to come in, and she personally handled the matter with corporate by phone. I was grateful for her calm, swift action. 2. Mobility Accommodation: Upon arrival, Asia noticed I was on crutches and using a knee cart due to recent heel surgery. Without hesitation, she arranged for a room close to the main areas to ensure my comfort, demonstrating great empathy and consideration. 3. Room Cleanliness: In my room, I found a stain on one of the bedsheets. Asia, who had prior housekeeping experience, reassured me and arranged for the sheet to be changed immediately. When housekeeping was unavailable, she personally ensured it was taken care
