Very poor communication
The accommodation is lovely, but incredibly difficult to get hold of any of the staff. I was left on hold for an hour until I could speak to somebody about checking in as they had not sent the check-in details.
I lost a pair of trousers at this property. They emailed me to say they had found them and I’d need to send them £30 to get them sent back to me. I then received another email from them saying that they had not found the trousers and they would send me £20 as a gesture of goodwill since then I have not heard from them. I’m not so interested in the £20 gesture I would simply like confirmation that they have definitely not found my trousers. It has been over a month since they’ve responded to me.
