We have stayed here before and liked it . We think it’s a cool hotel with its slide in the lobby and window in the shower. But this we noticed the wear and tear of the building taking place. It needs to be painted and carpets were stained.

We enjoyed the hotels convenient location where a lot was reachable with a good walk. The hotel had great food and services. But we really enjoyed the hotels uniqueness the most. From the slide in the lobby to the glass wall in the shower, we will definitely stay again.

The hotel is great. Perfect location and easy to navigate. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Property is beautiful. Reception staff is not so great. Upon arrival 3 were in queue and there were 3 agents at reception but only 1 assisting guests. Waited while this one agent completed the queue line while the other 2 agents took no guests and just stood there. Same at check out. 3 agents and stood waiting till someone noticed me and offered assistance. I have worked in hotels for 17 years and feel this service was less than acceptable. I will most likely choose another location my next visit next month.

Bem meia boca.

O ar condicionado faz muito barulho, só consegui dormir porque coloquei o fone de ouvido que cancela ruído, as janelas tbm não vedam direito o som que vem da rua. E a internet que oferecem é péssima, em pleno 2025 a internet dava 2 gb de velocidade. Os corredores tbm estão parecendo de um hotel velho, nem de longe merece a nota que tem no hotéis.com

Quando cheguei no hotel me foi disponibilizado um quarto de acessibilidade. Algumas horas depois troquei de quarto e esqueci meu Power Bank e o cabo do Apple Watch no quarto. Quando me dei conta me dirigi a recepção para ver se haviam entregue la. Pra minha surpresa os objetos não foram encontrados e não houve nenhum hóspede novo no quarto desde quando desocupei. Infelizmente fiquei no prejuízo.

Adorei a estrutura do hotel, todo novinho e confortável, e com café-da-manhã farto e delicioso! A localização também é muito boa. O atendimento, porém, foi um dos pontos fracos, principalmente da equipe da recepção. Também sentimos falta de equipe para ajudar com as malas - experiência essa que já tive em outros Novotel. Outro ponto negativo é o degrau no banheiro, que pode se tornar um perigo, Apesar dessas questões, no geral, gostei do hotel.
