Hotel needs work but breakfast is ok

Hallway smelled fine but room 122 had a bad smell (like a vacuum bag), we bought deodorizer but it only helped for 5min after you sprayed it. Curved shower curtain rod was hanging down when we checked in, maid knew because she tucked the curtain into the tub grab handle to keep it away from the toilet. Had to tape curtain to ends of rod so we could shower without spraying water everywhere. PLEASE FIX THAT! Toilet was loose on floor, general hotel areas looked like they need a quality maintenance program/person. Breakfast was comparable to other hotels of the same price and not bad at all. Outside areas are dirty and appear like no one cares to clean. Pool/spa areas need cleaning and maintenance but are operable. Wouldn't stay again unless desperate.

Dirty garments left for us to find YUCK!

Staff were rude when asked about clean towels during a 3 night stay. Staff short tempered while checking in english was very very poor which caused frustration for both parties. FOUND UNKOWN DIRTY SOCKS AND UNDERWEAR in our room underneath the bed when checking room to leave.

No thank you.

This was literally the most run down place I have ever stayed and I am used to traveling cheap. The bed and bathroom were clean but everything else was grungy. They do also have a big hot tub with jets.

Meh

Room was clean, bed was meh, pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was lame. Only protein was hard boiled eggs. Service was a disappointment. The guy was nice, the ladies… not so much. Extra $40 for any amount of early check in. Door key deprogrammed every day so had to stop at the front desk for that.

tv didn't work

disappointed that the tv wouldn't work - I reported it the first night, but no action was taken. Also the hair dryer didn't work! The elevator could definitely use some good cleaning - especially the stainless steel surfaces

Never Again- Cold, Uncomfortable & Creepy

I have always had good experience with Super 8 but that was not the case this time. The bed was hard as a rock. The blankets were so thin and old in the thin hotel style that on the freezing cold day, it brought no comfort in bed. The padded chair in the room looked contagious. From what, i dont know, but i wasnt sitting on it. The bathroom was clean with great shower pressure, but not an extra towel in sight if I wanted to use one for my body & my hair. (With long hair, this is a must.) Location- easy to jump right on the freeway but there were scroungy looking imdividuals hanging around the dumpster and parking lot. It made me want to park by the front office under the lights, for the safety of myself and the things that i leave in my car when i travel. Overall- not staying here again, even if it were free.

I started putting groceries away, my daughter just fell asleep, and I started noticing how dirty it was. The microwave wasn't cleaned out, the floor under the beds hadn't been vacuumed, a lot of different surface areas obviously hadn't been cleaned or sanitized or wipe down in a while. I left the front desk notice right when I saw this but told them my daughter was sleeping and we take care of it in the morning. They said that they'd have housekeeping come around 10:00 a.m. the next morning. By 11:20 that morning I went to the front desk because no one showed up and the lady at the front desk told me excuse me yell at me

Not enough bedding.

There is only one blanket on the bed and when I requested another, I was told I woudn't give me one and to use the non eco-friendly heater which keeps me awake at night, apart from the fact I prefer a room to be colder to sleep in. It's healthier than sleeping in a heated room. A hotel really should have enough bedding to keep its guests warm.
