First, we had to wait 20 min for front desk to appear. Then, he told us our reservation was canceled! I showed him active reservation email I received that morning. Said Super 8 canceled it! Then, finally said he could give us a Handicapped room for more than our original reservation! We were so tired by then, we took it. So, we were charged for this room, PLUS the Hotels.com reservation! Hot tub was empty, pool was unusable, morning coffee was undrinkable. Please make this right!
