Stay only if you need to sleep

In my 1st room, there was a live spider in my bathtub. My room also smelled odd, telephone didn’t work & the tv had to be adjusted by staff in order to get it to work. And then the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was hot in my room! After I went to tell them, the staff person tried to fix it but couldn’t so I switched rooms. In this room, the lights between the beds didn’t work. The rooms are extremely dated and there were no usb plugins nor a clock. I also had problems with my key working that I had to keep going up to get it rekeyed. Given all of this, the bed in this room was comfortable and the staff were nice. It’s not the worst place to stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies! Dark & gloomy rooms. A guy sitting on stairs where you have to walk to get to your room. Crazy lady screaming up and down hallway. Then traveling to different floors. Definitely felt very unsafe. I left the property immediately.

Location is Everything

There were many roaches in the bathroom. The tub looked like something out of a horror movie. Maybe it was clean; maybe it wasn’t. I can’t tell because the re-surfacing job done on it had deteriorated. The water had great pressure and was hot enough to cook a lobster in. Thank God. Hesitant to stay again but there’s a chance I’d consider it being that the breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was spot-on. The location is fantastic with a Starbucks in the parking lot and the mall across the street as well as other dining options

NO ELEVATOR

We stayed there for a weekend. It was very affordable but the downside was that was no elevator and I'm getting over a broken leg. So, we had to climb stairs.

Hotel guests are NOT their subjects...!

From the moment I reserved the room, I was inundated with emails and text messages, insisting on early registration, that's annoying and disturbing because unneeded pressure, and because one cannot know what's legit and what's spam. The desk clerk told me that they insist on it to prepare customers to a $50,00 deposit request upon check in. At check out time I had to wait almost one hour to get my deposit back (nobody was covering the front office... and there was a sign, inside a neat frame, asking customers to be patient, so it must be a normal neglect toward clients, who may be in a hurry to leave...!

The hotel appeared clean, upon looking closely we uncovered items underneath the beds ; ie chicken, nuts, etc. It was evident housekeeping failed to clean whole room I would strongly encourage the hotel to invest in New flooring, doors that are not rotting at bottom, update bathroom stools or at least the seat. Breakfast was good

Worst lodging experience in our lives.

They canceled our room after we had confirmed the room day prior. Never had an experience like this. Tried to give us another room at double the price. Never been treated so poorly.

Stay away!

Website said pet friendly and when you arrive there is a$25 per night charge which isn’t disclosed on the website. Two hangers in the room, asked for a couple more. They were never delivered. Back door handle was zip tied and door was not secure. Anyone could enter through this door; when asking about security at night, front desk indicated they did a walk about every thirty minutes. Hallway carpets were dirty. Bathroom tub looked like it had been there for decades. Stains on the bedspread. Would not recommend this hotel.
