1st had to change reservation check in for 6/9 due to car rental issues, 2nd I tried to reach out to hotel 6/8 via calls from 7am till noon. Hotels.com agent also tried to call and no avail, email was sent. 3rd Upon arrival to hotel, was informed reservation was cxld. 4th Finally got a room, room was terrible, not clean, dog hair everywhere, huge spider web in corner. 5th Changed room, that room was infested with bed bugs, I have pictures of the bites inflicted on myself and my husband are well at a picture of the bed bugs. 6th No compassion from the front desk clerk (I think she was the owner) 7th Was told Thank you for your feedback and m and I am sorry Have a nice trip back home bye ... That does not resolve my situation. So upset with how this trip went

Cheap spot, obviously very old and in desperate need of some new furnishings. I came for work, and trying to work in the room was a no go because the desk was so lousy and the chair was broken. Staff were nice. Breakfast was bad; continental meant bread, Cheerios and a waffle maker; no pastries or any variety any of the days I was there.

My only complaint was on Sunday morning, going down to get breakfast.....Coffee was good once the front desk person told me grumpily where the auxiliary pot was....but unless you wanted to make a waffle...there wasn't much else [some apples[?], bread for toast, packet of instant oatmeal] scale of 1 to 10, maybe a 5

The bathroom had a sewer odor. There was a black ring around the floor mat. We picked it up and realized the odor was coming from the mat that had a thick layer of black mold.

In my 1st room, there was a live spider in my bathtub. My room also smelled odd, telephone didn’t work & the tv had to be adjusted by staff in order to get it to work. And then the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was hot in my room! After I went to tell them, the staff person tried to fix it but couldn’t so I switched rooms. In this room, the lights between the beds didn’t work. The rooms are extremely dated and there were no usb plugins nor a clock. I also had problems with my key working that I had to keep going up to get it rekeyed. Given all of this, the bed in this room was comfortable and the staff were nice. It’s not the worst place to stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies! Dark & gloomy rooms. A guy sitting on stairs where you have to walk to get to your room. Crazy lady screaming up and down hallway. Then traveling to different floors. Definitely felt very unsafe. I left the property immediately.

There were many roaches in the bathroom. The tub looked like something out of a horror movie. Maybe it was clean; maybe it wasn’t. I can’t tell because the re-surfacing job done on it had deteriorated. The water had great pressure and was hot enough to cook a lobster in. Thank God. Hesitant to stay again but there’s a chance I’d consider it being that the breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was spot-on. The location is fantastic with a Starbucks in the parking lot and the mall across the street as well as other dining options

We stayed there for a weekend. It was very affordable but the downside was that was no elevator and I'm getting over a broken leg. So, we had to climb stairs.

From the moment I reserved the room, I was inundated with emails and text messages, insisting on early registration, that's annoying and disturbing because unneeded pressure, and because one cannot know what's legit and what's spam. The desk clerk told me that they insist on it to prepare customers to a $50,00 deposit request upon check in. At check out time I had to wait almost one hour to get my deposit back (nobody was covering the front office... and there was a sign, inside a neat frame, asking customers to be patient, so it must be a normal neglect toward clients, who may be in a hurry to leave...!

Property is outdated & carpet needs a good steam cleaning. Receptionist not very friendly and the only person l saw working on the property. Breakfast area needed a lot of attention as orange juice didn't look like orange juice & the only juice. Cheerios weren't labeled as regular cheerios because they were surgery. Not good for a diabetic.
