I enjoyed the location of this property as well as the friendliness of staff. They were very accommodating considering our late arrival.

staff was great. Convenient location. the floor in our room was filthy. like my feet were gross from walking around the room. bed was clean and comfy but the floors were beyond needing to be cleaned.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the hotel could use some updates. The wallpaper in my room was peeling at the edges, for some reason the TV station I wanted to watch didn’t come in, and the breakfast buffet was pretty minimal.

Very old. No molding in the bathrooms, torn carpeting in the hallway. Not worth the money at all. Friends stayed at the Motel 6 and it was clean and well presented.

For the price you pay, it's a quaint little hotel! It was clean, comfortable and quiet! The staff was friendly and checked in with us often. The breakfast didn't have any hot options other than waffles and bagels, but it was still a nice spread for being included in the price. This was our second stay, and it was overall a great experience!

The location was super convenient!. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfy. I was in town for the SUNY Cortland graduation ceremony, as were most of the other guests. When leaving, they gave each of us a cute stuffed Red Dragon (the school mascot)!

We needed a place to stay before a ski day at Greek Peak. This hotel is close to the mountain and also several restaurants in Cortland. Property shows age but room was clean and warm on 3 degree night. Reasonable price for a king room and bed and pillows very comfortable!

We were greeted by a smart, intelligent young lady. She was polite, professional & informative. She offered assistance with any issues that might arrive. The carpet & tub needs to be updated,
