Nice place but up-charges for everything

I booked this hotel after a storm resulted in trains being canceled. Booking was easy and extremely affordable but they only offered early check-in for an exorbitant fee and refused to take all three of our bags saying the limit was two. We ended up staying only an hour because we were able to find a local train to get out before storms got worse.
