As always , my stay at Express Inn in Parsons Kansas was great. Very affordable with clean rooms and a great environment! Staff is second to none, very helpful and polite. The owners are great people and genuinely care about you and your stay! Its where I will be continuing to stay when im in Parsons!

Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and B&G, i like my room ice cold especially to sleep and it was, the property was spotlessly clean inside and outside too, the staff was GREAT! Super friendly and attentive! I would stay here again and again! They were AWESOME!

Visitor beware. I gave this place a chance despite some polarizing reviews and I regret it. Room was incredibly humid and hot with a terrible, not functional AC. Awful SMOKE smell in a no-smoking room. Between the smoke, heat, and humidity my sinuses were so messed up I had to leave several times during the night and sit in my vehicle. (Over 24 hours later and I am still struggling with sinus issues triggered by the room.) Reserved a 2 day stay. Tried to cancel night 2 due to the poor conditions and changing plans and was refused because I didn’t pay in advance to “have the opportunity to cancel.” Hotel referred me to the booking service regarding a refund. Hotels.com service contacted the hotel TWICE attempting to resolve the issue and the hotel does not remember - or is lying - about me addressing the poor room conditions with them and refuses to issue a refund. They are apparently satisfied with the service they provided me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This has to be one of the best privately owned motels in the the middle of the United States. I have stayed in the motel around eight nights in the last four years and in the fours years it gets better every year. The owners are constantly making improvements on the rooms and others areas inside and now are adding a game room with a pool table and other things plus the outside area is like walking into a garden filled with flowers and others sites. A place well worth driving a few miles out of you way to stay.

Once we tried Express Inn, it is the only place we stay in Parsons. Friendly staff that go out of their way to help. If you have any issue, please talk with them - they will do their best to help - if you are unfamiliar with TV, if you have a problem operating shower, etc. Very clean, comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a large family group staying for the weekend. Staff wanted each person's name. They were asking for children's names as well. We all felt this was weird. They made one of the parents pay $10 extra for her child, even though he was on the reservation. Almost every towel at the pool was ripped and had huge holes. I kept trying to find better ones, but gave up. We smelled Marijuana outside several times and our kids kept wondering what the smell was. Definitely felt trashy. They weren't doing it at the smoking area either. At breakfast, the hostess just stood there and watched us eat and it was awkward, as we were the only ones in there. I would never stay there again.
