I had a 2 bed queen. When I showed up they had me in a 1 bed queen. Super 8 said the only way we could get double queen’s was to rebook. So we did. When we finally got a room. We went up to 205, tried the keys. They didn’t work. I went back down stairs. The front desk remade the keys. I went back upstairs. Tried the keys again. This time two twenty-something girls answered the door. They had been occupying it. The front desk gave us a room that was occupied. The spa and pool was closed by the health department. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days if not a week. There was no bathroom in the lobby. The whole process took 40-ish minutes with no bathroom. We had driven in from a 4 hour drive and needed to use the restroom. The whole hotel was dirty. With visible debris on the ground. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to have their brand and name associated with such a disorganized and dirty hotel.

Sheets on one bed were not clean discovered only as climbing into bed for night very upsetting. Bldg & room very outdated. Sink has no stopper. Bed blanket has old cigarette burn holes in it. Unable to open window as screen is loose. Perhaps this is a bottom of the line facility.Making me nervous about other bookings I have made for this trip. Landscaping needs TLC!

Decent hotel. Restroom are not in great condition. Ours had vinyl floors in poor condition, caulking pulling far off the bathtub, very sticky sink faucet. Bed was good and room was clean.

Total dump. Feels like it's been used for the homeless. Key card entry on the side of building has been kicked in, so anyone can just walk into the hotel. They have a hand written sign on the window that says "don't open'. Crack heads everywhere. I got this on hotels.com, which I've had good experience with until now. Rooms may be clean but feels gross. Going to take a shower with my dog's shampoo when I get home. $100 for a double. You're getting what you pay for, or too good to be true. We got here late. Super pissed. And the bathroom floor looks like the sheriff's office floor in No Country for Old Men. I thought they were scuff marks but they are knife punctures in the flooring. Entire place smells like an ash tray. Breakfast provided was cereal, bagels and coffee.

Great location. ONLY GLARIN ISSUE is the POOL and HOT TUB have been out-of-order for over 4 years? They are upgrading the property, and it looks nice. The staff is very nice. Really need to work on the pool!

Not worth the price. And there was no point in bringing up any issues as it was clear that the entire place was rundown and no one cared. 1) Check in was smooth though the staff wasn't friendly or all that pleasant. But, they got the job done. 2) Pool and hot tub closed by the State Health Department. This is not a good reflection on the hotel as a whole and says a lot about their lack of maintenance and cleanlieness. 3) Hallway throughout the halls is gross and needs replacing. 4) Room is barely surface level clean. It's clear that details are overlooked and they apparently don't know that baseboards, corners, and doors should be wipes down. 5) Killed some random bug on the last night. Don't even know what it was...and not sure I want to. Would not recommend and definitely won't stay again if in the area.

Pros: The room itself was pretty nice and seemed clean, the beds were comfortable, the bldg was quiet for sleeping, front desk was accommodating for room request Cons: The building is in disrepair. No working elevator, pool and spa are closed which was not mentioned when booking, odd paper signs on specific room doors, anyone could enter through the stairs since the locks were broken which is unsettling due to the nearby transient population. My husband was with me but I absolutely would not have been comfortable staying here alone.

The room was clean, the hotel clerk was going out of his way to help someone on the phone trying to rent a room for her son. Something similar happened to me once. My daughter was in another state and she didn't have a credit card and needed a place to stay. I thought it was great how much he was trying to help them.

Room was your typical basic room. Bed was under average, a bit springy. My only issue was, i booked this room based on the Indoor Jacuzzi. Theres a sign that pool and jacuzzi have been closed for quite some time due to Health Board. Would have been nice to know that before checking-in. Otherwise, its an inexpensive place to rest.
