Great staff, very clean

The service was excellent. Both front desk staff we interacted with were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel and our room were very clean. It is an older hotel, so the shower area could use some upgrading, but while old, it was clean and that’s what was most important to us. The breakfast offered was great, lots of choices. We would stay again.

Attentive Staff, Very Clean

We stayed for two nights. Check-in was efficient and easy. We were struck by how clean the hotel is, both in the public areas and in the rooms. We constantly saw staff wiping, mopping, and generally making a fuss over keeping the hotel looking nice. The breakfast was good - typical fare - but the person who was servicing the breakfast room was friendly and gave ample warning when she was going to start taking things down (We tend to go to breakfast close to closing time). A big shout-out to Andre, who was the duty manager for the afternoons and evenings while we were there. We had a minor issue with our room, and Andre went above and beyond to make sure that everything was set right. He showed great concern about how even minor issues would reflect on guests' impression of the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and won't hesitate to book again.

Pleasantly Surprised

First time at a Sleep Inn and was a little apprehensive as price was quite a bit lower than some competitors but was pleasantly surprised. Location was showing it's age but was very clean and comfortable. Room was a little smaller than we were used to but all the amenities were there. Breakfast was great and service was excellent....

Pleasant stay

Hotel was in a convenient location for what we wanted to do. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was a plus. Combination of hot and cold items. Price was a big plus. Will use this location again.

Decent stay and close to colonial Williamsburg

Decent place and short drive to the college of W&M. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only negative about the room was that the shower only got warm and not hot. I prefer hot showers so this was a negative for me. Breakfast was good. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, cold cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit. Hotel is next to Golden Corral. Hotel is being renovated so there were workers in the hallway and paint cans and drop cloths in the hall and near the elevator that was left out overnight, so be mindful if you have kids.

Me and my husband are regulars at Sleep Inn. 2024 was a very stressful year for both of us, so we stayed for 5 days just to get away from everyone and everything. The stay was great. We were fully rested and was actually ready to go home. This is our goto get away hote. LOVE IT.

Hotel was good for a quick stay. Hotel is showing its age and could go for an update. Staff were helpful when needed. Check in was smooth and quick. Front desk staff were polite. Breakfast ended at 9am so keep that in mind if you sleep in.

Awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Judy at the front desk was exceptional! Super friendly and full of great tips! The pool was clean and nice. Comfortable beds and linens. Really nice selection of food for complimentary breakfast too and the attendant was very nice and doing a great job keeping everything f stocked and fresh. Overall, an really nice stay.
