No problems with parking disabled bay right outside. All but one member of staff I engaged with were polite and very helpful. Room very comfortable and clean Food very very limited menu, breakfast needs attention, when booking was told gluten free options were easily available, not true and the burger should not have been served near on in edible. My advice nice place to stay but eat else where and be warned everything comes with the dreaded 12.5% service charge
