The worst ever !!!
i was trying to ask for switching room because of the spring of the bed had been broken, imagine how could you sleep if part of the side had been collapse? i am staying for 7 days !!! The light had been out and need to be switch. The fans in the washroom does not work which provide me a heat in the room after shower. The room card does not work daily, which require me and my spouse to be carrying our stroller with baby everyday to the lobby again and again when we come back. The hair dryer does not work which the hotel provide an aidditional one for replacement but each time if we use turn to maximum power, the whole room circuit had been cut off, which require their staff to come and fix it. Their staff manner was terrible when we ask them the circuit had been cut of at the third time!!!! Took over 3 hours of our time to fix all these which blocking our travel schedule !!! do not stay in room 602.
1) The Bed , 2) The fan 3) the lights 4) The room card for entry 5) the hair dryer.
