Have is a room on the 1st floor. The laminate floor was buckled and lifting up. Looked like a trip hazard, so we asked for a different room. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor. The bedspread had spots on it and the carpet was dirty. I didn't like walking on it in bare feet. The hallways and elevator smelled of people smoking weed. We left our window open to air it out. On a post note the breakfast was good.

Sink was an issue did not drain well, and no hest or air condition, breakfast is a deal but needs to be different every other day or so, staying longer than 3 days breakfast sucks eating the same thing. This hotel is in terrible shape. The walls are paper thin. We could hear every footfall in the room above us. The ac/heater was difficult to control and very noisy. We had no maid service in the 3 nights we were there. The floors feel dirty. The bathtub was peeling and there was any way to stop the sink or the tub. Probably the second to worst or worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Will not return no matter how convenient the location was for our stay in Renton,
