Sink was an issue did not drain well, and no hest or air condition, breakfast is a deal but needs to be different every other day or so, staying longer than 3 days breakfast sucks eating the same thing. The front desk staff went above and beyond to always help me, the maids never bothered us but were always ready to exchange linens or bath towels if needed. The maintenance man was also willing to help when ever he was needed. All these employees had axcellent customer service with a smile.... .did i mention the one in a million amazing breakfast........ thank you guys for everything.

Fire front desk woman

The woman at the front desk was out of her mind and caused a scene that lasted 30 minutes. She should be fired. She lied and said she was giving us a nice room but the room had holes in the walls, bite marks on the wood in the room and a tub with peeling paint. A disgrace. The breakfast woman was the highlight of the stay. She was wonderful.

Bedside lamp had no bulb. My son’s room had no TV in the bedroom. The check-in staff was wonderful, but the person we spoke to to get linens for the pullout sofa was downright rude. None of the wall outlets would hold a charging cord, it’s like they’re all spaced too close together. It was really weird. But for the price, it was OK.
