Really easy access into the property Location is incredible- walking distance to all landmarks (furthest we walked was 30 minutes to Vatican City) Outdoor light came in during the night which was not ideal and some street noise could be heard

Communication with hotel staff was quite different. We never met anyone in person. However, any questions we had were answered in a promptly manner via WhatsApp and overall and they assayed us to get ground transportation to the airport. Great location!

Close to a lot of attractions. It was very easy to get in and out of, contrary to other reviews. You do need cellphone service for ease of entry and exit. There are also a lot of food choices in the area. We staued in triple room and we had enough space. The beds was also comfy. We were able to walk almost everywhere and when we needed a taxi, it also was not hard to get one.

Room was in an absolutely great location. Walkable to too many, restaurants, bars and tourist spots to count. Room itself was clean, updated. Bed was comfortable. A quick walk up a flight of stairs, not too much trouble. Working the lock system take a little getting used to but other than that was a great spot and would recommend it to anyone.

Sign in key for the main door doesn’t work and having difficulty retrieving the physical key from the lockbox. Wifi stopped working for 2 days before we left. The room is superbly clean, and very convenient to shopping and scenic spots.

Great location

Situated in a great location, spacious room with a shared kitchen/ common room. We didn’t cook in the property so we can’t comment on this but the room had everything you needed with air conditioning which was perfect during the hot summer days! The only downside was that the code was not working to be able to get into the building, I had to call to get another access code. Luckily I had data on my phone and was able to get in contact with someone to help me out. Also another issue was that the door knob completely fell off the door but luckily it was an easy short term fix. Would be better if the door was a little more secure.

Property was nice, the doors are heavy but it would have been nice to have an extra lock as the door to our room are old and don’t seem too secure. We found the website used to access the doors to be a bit bothersome at times as we are international travelers so our wifi was a bit spotty but other than that the room was clean and comfortable and it had Netflix. The host was very accessible via WhatsApp and we didn’t have any issues other than the minor technical issue that was out of their control.

This stay was an absolute nightmare from the second we got to the property. It is as 100% unmanned location. And we would not get into the building and couldn’t contact anyone inside; because they weren’t there. We have to check-in on line, upload photos of our passports. The check in wasent until 3 but they advised they would let us know if the room was ready early. We asked if they could just let us in out of the heat as the app wouldn’t uploaded our passports because of the sun. They told us no and sent a link to a company where you can store your bag. The company wouldn’t provide an address until we downloaded the app, provided our location and paid for the service. We did that, paid and advised the nearest location was over an hour walk. So we again tried the online check-in. After sending the link to 3 different phones we were successful with the check-in. Then they sent us the code to enter the front door. Then instantly I get a notification that our room is ready! Then we had to download an app to open our room door also advising us that we needed to have a strong internet connection. Finally we download the app off of my husbands work phone and we enter the room. Now there is. TV in the room as advertised but no remote! I contacted them that said it’s on the table. Nope not in the room. Then they said oh we will ask the previous guests if they have it, later on they advise us oh they do. At this time I am angry I do t need to know where it is I need a remote.

The place was very clean and very well maintained, and very modern considering other places in Rome. Amazing location. My only issue was the logistic of opening the doors. I had to make sure I had battery and data (considering im a turist and most of the time we ran out of battery and do not have an internet plan on the country), and also it kept glitching and had to contact support. The support was very good, but I had to constantly call for assistance. For me it was tedious and inconvenient, I cant believe how much worse it would be for an older, less technological person. Other than that, amazing.

Good price for a great location. The room was clean and modern. That being said, there are some significant issues. 1) The entry process using a website link was not reliable. It always took me multiple attempts to properly connect and open the doors. 2) The hotel neighbors some sort of club where the music can be heard whenever the club is open for business. 3) The window in my room only had a sheer drape so the the lights shined in from the street all night long. 4) One morning the hot water heater was out. I contacted management via WhatsApp, and although I did receive a response, I was never updated as to status. When I returned that night the hot water was back, but it sure would have been nice to know it had been addressed. I would recommend this hotel as long as you’re able to manage expectations. The location is fantastic.
