Hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived, despite of seeing my confirmation email, the front desk person offered no help and basically told me "not my problem". Having asked finally if they have any available rooms to just get on the spot, I was told that they do, only to waste another 20 minutes for them to click through the application and tell me that no, actually there are no rooms. Terrible experience all around and completely unprofessional and unpleasant "customer service", if you can call it that.
