The stay was really nice. I was a bit disappointed that the website advertised robes in the rooms but there weren’t any. For $200+ for one night I would just expect the rooms to be as they are advertised . Also the lobby had a gassy smell when we check in. All in all the hotel was beautiful, the barista did a wonderful job with our drinks and the pastries were delicious.

We love staying here when we’re in Des Moines. There’s a little coffee shop in the lobby, a great restaurant attached and a heated parking garage (they validate parking).
