Really disappointed by a few things. Wouldn’t make up the sofa bed for us despite knowing the room was sleeping 4 and we had no water one morning which made us late starting our day. Would probably as it was clean and an amazing location but wouldn’t rush back if I could find alternatives that also offer this

The room and bathroom were super clean, it's not luxurious but the location is amazing. I walked the entire time and there are many options for shopping and dining. My only complaint is the noise. There was a trash bin by my room and I heard loud noises during the night that woke me up

As far as Beverly Hills goes - this property is cheap. So you need to bear that in mind when considering what you get for your money. Sonder are not traditional hotels so go in with your eyes open, however in saying that, every interaction we had with onsite staff was really good. The room itself needs some upgrading now, it’s reached the end of its time, flooring is damaged, light fixtures are missing parts etc. The room was however clean and super convenient.

nice surprise in Beverley hills

the hotel had a modern feel. we stayed in the king room, it had a pull out couch for an extra guest. The room also had a refrigerator and a coffee/tea bar. The features of the room were much nicer than other hotels. The celebrity artwork a surprise to see. Bathroom was a nice size loved the concrete design. Staff were very friendly, immediately jumped up to help with our bags and showed us to our room. Valet was a decent price, even with the parking garage right across the street. Will Stay again :)

This is an older, historic property. There were some spiders and some stains on the furniture. The rooms were very small, and the bathroom smaller. Perk is I wasn’t in the room much, and this is walking distance to all that Beverly Hills has to offer.

The crescent was right next to rodeo drive which is in Beverly Hills. We found it to be very quiet and safe. All the reviews were bad so we were a little worried but we never had a problem with noise and the rooms were small but cute and all you needed. And you can’t beat the location! For the price it is a great deal/stay!

This place is absolutely not as described. I booked for a week stay. I checked in and checked out less than an hour later. I had to book an entire other week stay and Sonder refused to give a refund or credit of any kind because they said I cancelled outside of the cancellation period. Had the place been as it was presented, I would have stayed. Now I’m fighting for more than $1300 refund on top of having to spend an additional $1800 for a room elsewhere. Do not stay here unless you’re interested in a hostel style location.

Beautiful hotel but shower setup needs to be fixed

Boutique hotel with a nice charm. Location is unbeatable, walking distance to rodeo drive and plenty of coffee shops. Staff is friendly and very helpful! The only issue was the shower setup of room, shower curtains not long enough causing them to get sucked in and stick to you as you shower, also water easily drips outside shower needing you to use towels to soak it up.

A super find in Beverly Hills.

Awesome location right off Santa Monica Blvd. easy access by car or bus into Hollywood, Rodeo Drive or downtown. Room was very comfortable, albeit a little small for 2 adults and our luggage but it made us sort ourselves out early. No daily housekeeping, unless you pay but you can always get items that you run out of. Nua, the restaurant was always busy.

Just OK — miss the old Crescent

The Crescent was better kept, and an actual hotel, before it was acquired by Sonder. I miss the staff and attention to cleanliness. The valet guys were honestly the best part of this stay — very welcoming and helpful. Also there was a problem with my thermostat that was never resolved. Great location though if you need to be in BH and stay affordably.

I booked and prepaid a two-night stay at The Crescent Sonder in Los Angeles through Expedia.com. After my stay, Sonder incorrectly charged my credit card again. When I contacted them about the issue, they acknowledged the mistake and promised a refund within 7 to 10 business days. Instead of resolving it, they charged me again for the same amount - and after realizing the mistake, they refunded it that same day. They then claimed that refund also covered the earlier charge. It did not. I reviewed my bank records carefully - the original charge was never returned. This pattern of duplicate charges, miscommunication, and failure to correct billing mistakes is unacceptable. I feel taken advantage of and unsupported by their customer service. After contacting their customer service several times, complaining to Expedia and posting on the Marriott site, I finally just got an email confirming the refund. I am sharing this to ensure others are aware. Travelers should not have to fight this hard to recover incorrect charges from a hospitality company.
