Nice quiet neighborhood

My daughter and I spent 5 nights here on a recent trip. The staff at the 24-hour desk were always helpful. This is a good location, not too far from bus and metro stops, although we ended up using taxis, which were more convenient for us. The elevator is quite small, but serviceable. We did not request daily housekeeping. The room is small but very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood, but close to some good bistros and cafes. I would stay there again, no hesitation.

Nice hotel near metro, which is a bit noisy, but i was too tired for it to bother me. Nice lobby, very clean room that was refreshed every day. Great big soft towels, bed very comfortable. Shower in a wet room, not ideal.

The hotel staff were lovely and very accommodating. The location is excellent in terms of being close to attractions like Montmartre but it does take around 15-30mins via subway etc to reach the more touristy areas (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, etc.). Otherwise as two female travellers we felt very safe. We didn’t use the breakfast service or anything but it was offered which was nice. The rooms were a little tight but clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Room is cosy and the staffs are very kind and friendly. We were staying on ground floor. The window’s soundproofing might not be the best. We could hear a lot voice from the street like cars and people talking. But overall is good.Apart from the soundproofing

Fantastic hotel, fantastic reception!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The gentleman at reception was extremely welcoming, polite and courteous. The room was designed very nicely and the location was perfect. Could not fault this hotel and the service I had and will definitely recommend and be back again. Thank you! :)

This hotel was an excellent option for those who want a modern hotel stay, extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast options, walkable to shops, bars and restaurants. I had a balcony to see the city. There is a grocery store walking distance and very accessible for Uber and taxi pick ups. I would HIGHLY recommend the stay here. There is lobby staff 24 hours… and they accommodate all your needs

For the price of a cab, you don't get a limo service! This is a very little tiny hotel, I mean very small. My room was like an attic. Staff specially Rabiha and Benoit were super friendly and welcoming. Hotel is really clean. What makes it superb is, its LOCATION. From this hotel to all point of interests just walk. The area is very well animated full of of good spots.

got a ground floor room - until midnight I could feel the metro, and the room was next to the bus lane and the windows were just a double gazing - so I had to sleep with headphones on, ideal when you’re on a business trip. Breakfast was below average, coffee was horrendous and pastries were undercooked the first day.

The service was very good, unfortunately, I don't speak French or English and it would be helpful if you had someone at the reception who speaks Spanish to provide better assistance. Regarding the room, I was unlucky that the air conditioning didn't work. They gave me a fan to try to alleviate the heat generated in the room at night while sleeping. Service and cleanliness were excellent!! It would easily be a 10/10, but because of the A/C issue and since I'm a fan of the cold, I will give you 8/10.

We had a family suite at Hôtel Châteaudun Opéra for 6 nights over New Years' Eve. There are plenty of good dining options available, laundry facilities, and public transport stops within easy walking distance. The staff were very good and spoke enough English for our needs. It's a little far out of the centre of Paris but it's easily walkable as we proved most days of our stay. Rooms were comfortable and possibly above "average Parisian" in size. A few minor inexplicably broken items (e.g. the foot lever on the pedal bin) were bemusing rather than problematic. We also found it a little hot to sleep with only a quilt/doona provided for bed covering - overkill given the efficiency of heating in the room and a simple sheet would likely have been sufficient and more comfortable. Handing the room key to the front desk whenever we left the premises was a bit old school but in some ways it added to the charm. All up, a pleasant stay that facilitated our enjoyment of Paris.
