The room was clean and orderly. Light switches and plugs were easy to locate. Parking spots were adequate and easy to access. My only issue was finding the entry to the parking lot using online driving instructions. The driveway entry was in an unexpected location right off of a busy street.

Excellent Location, but Overall Disappointing Stay

The Encore Hotel in Marina Del Rey offers an excellent location, which was the highlight of our visit. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the overall experience fell short of expectations. The property could benefit from better upkeep and greater attention to detail, as the atmosphere felt somewhat neglected. While we initially chose the Encore for its price, even at the current rate we would likely explore other options in the area for future stays.

L'hotel est défraîchi. La femme de ménage est très lente et les chambres ne sont jamais faites avant 16 ou 17h. Heureusement que Jeff, le responsable, est très serviable et qu'il fait tout pour rendre notre sejour agréable.

Clean room. Very dated building and rooms. Bathroom door only opened 2/3 of the way and jammed on the floor. Kitchen had good options inc microwave but could with cutlery. Rooms need deep clean to rid of damp fragrance.

O quarto e a cama são grandes. O quarto com cozinha auxiliou muito no preparo das refeições (microondas, frigobar e chaleira de café). As instalações estão muito antigas. Por exemplo, não existe uma fechadura por dentro do apartamento. A janela do meu banheiro ficava na calçada, nem pensar em abrir. A equipe é atenciosa, mas sobrecarregada. Não fazem a arrumação de quarto todo dia. O estacionamento pode ser apertado, dependendo do tamanho do seu carro. Em relação a Los Angeles é um preço razoável. Porém, em comparação a ótimos hotéis no Brasil é um preço exorbitante. A localização não tem muita vantagem para turistas, a não ser para chegar rapidamente no aeroporto.

Hidden Gem

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a special request for accommodation and they went above and beyond to help me out. Clean rooms, quiet area and it’s right across the street from an Inn and Out! There’s a Costco business center across the street too! Parking is tight so if you have a large vehicle be cautious of parking in a corner. Clean bathrooms and fresh linens with some complimentary items. I would highly recommend this place.

This was fraudulent lay posted as “Hotel” when it is barely a road motel. Crummy little room with crunchy shag carpet. Lumpy big bed in a small room with little or no windows. Felt like I was in prison…
