We booked and paid for this hotel on Hotels.com. Had the receipt, confirmation number, all the details in hand at the reception and the clerk said they couldn’t find it in the system and wouldn’t give us the room even though we paid for it and had all the proof!! Extremely poor service to the point where the clerk was very rude and basically said to take it up with hotels.com as it wasn’t her problem….

The staff were amazing. When I got into my room the toilet was clogged. The woman at the front desk came and unclogged it seeing maintenance had gone home for the day. The toilet was fine for a few flushes then clogged again. The water in the bathroom turned off multiple times while washing my hands. Everything seemed clean those were my only issues. I would stay here again I think it was just my room that had issues.
