Room wasn’t cleaned, so we went to speak with reception who advised they were so busy, and wasn’t their fault, we needed extra tea and bin emptied as we had done everything else, only fault, customers don’t really want to know how busy they are, they want to be treated as individuals and expect a level of service, to which they have paid for (premium room) we were given two drink vouchers to say sorry. But the bar man didn’t know how to use them so we just paid for our drinks,
