The hotel was very easy to find and we were able to use their underground carpark. The check-in lady was super friendly and had us sorted out in no time. Our room was super clean and spacious with almost everything we needed. There was a fridge but no tea or coffee making which would have been nice. The bed was very big and very comfortable. Our room was very quiet the whole time we were there. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of all things you'd expect. This is a very nice hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing stay

Hotel facilities were ok but very sterile. Staff were indifferent and not at all welcoming or helpful. Had to ask breakfast hour, not told about the hotel’s facilities. There was a major local festival in town which is why we visited. You would think they’d be excited to welcome visitors and explain what was happening. Even though they spoke English, it seems unless you spoke Spanish they weren’t interested in helping you.

A complete nightmare. Do not stay here if you actually plan on sleeping. ​The architectural design of this hotel is a disaster: the room hallways are entirely open, looking directly down onto a reception area and act as an echo chamber, remains incredibly noisy past midnight and early in the morning. To make matters worse, the rooms have zero soundproofing and face a busy street, meaning you will hear every single moped and truck and as if they were driving right through your bed and bar music. ​When we complained on morning, the staff’s only response was a dismissive: "You should have asked to change rooms." ​Let’s be realistic: packing up your bags, getting dressed, and moving across a hotel in the middle of the night is not a viable solution after midnight. It is completely unacceptable to shift the blame onto the guest for the hotel's own structural and environmental failures. ​No commercial gesture and zero customer service. Terrible value for money. Save your money and go elsewhere if you value your rest. Nethertheless, good breakfast.

El Hotel no es para 4*, con 3 ya iría bien... En el baño, la Cisterna no se llevaba todo y tardaba en llenar lo más grande 😔 El plato de la ducha, tenía las tiras para que no resbales amarillas y daba un poco de cosa meterte... Sin embargo, el agua salía con mucha presión, eso de 10. En la habitación, el colchón malísimo, me destrozó la espalda y casi no pude pegar ojo. Los muebles, cutres, pero eso mara mi es irrelevante. Por contra, la atención del personal, inmejorable, de 10. Lo que está claro es que si vuelvo a Valdepeñas, no me vuelvo a quedar ahí.
