Pros: It is very close to downtown and is a stop on the hop on/hop off bus tour. There is a small market right across the street. The view of the city was good. The walk to the sea wall trail is not far.
Cons: Very old, needs to be remodeled, homeless people all around outside. The elevator stopped working while we were in it and notified us to sound the alarm. Luckily, the doors still opened, and we could get out, but the stairs are useless for getting to your room as the doors are locked to all floors except the lobby. The air conditioner was completely ineffective and did not cool the room. We had to open the windows and door to the balcony. The beds are doubles, not queens, so they are very small. I would stay somewhere else if at all possible. I would not return here.
