We hv a great experience with Pullman. The only thing that matters is the motion detection light at the doorway. It’s too sensitive. It’s turning on when next room door opens.

Expensive breakfast with plenty of choices didn't bother to go again
It's a little bit out the way from the city and if you wanted to do stuff in mind don't get a hotel closer

Udendørs poolen var lukket da vi ankom, og indendørs poolen lukkede de 2 dage efter vores ankomst, virkelig ringe! Nogle af stikkontakterne virkede ikke på hotelværelset. Værelset var pænt, stor dejlig seng, personalet var hjælpsom, dog var der ikke mange af dem der kunne tale engelsk.

Es war eigentlich akzeptabel aber weit von ausserordentlich entfernt. Man bekommt eine Karte fürs Zimmer ohne aktives Nachfragen.
Nachteile: Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr, Gym macht auch um 22 Uhr zu. Wasser im
Gym kann man in einem dünnen Papierbecher trinken (Kapazität wsh 100ml).

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wohl keine 5 Sterne mehr. Nach 22 Uhr sind alle Restaurants geschlossen und man findet kein Essen im Hotel. Outdoor Pool kostet extra (wurde in Voraus mitgeteilt), aber auch die Sauna/Wellness kostet scheinbar extra, was wir erst beim Check-In erfahren haben

Unfortunately this hotel was a big disappointment from a service point of view:
1. At check in you are told that you can add breakfast to your booking. There is a cheaper early bird rate and an expensive rate if you book late. After deciding to take the early rate for the next morning I was told that this is only available before noon. Check in is at 2p.m.
Why do you offer an early rate when it is impossible to book it at check in?
2. Having a status with the booking we should hav received a room upgrade. At request at the desk the hotel claimed they would not know of this program. After talking to the travel agency the answer was : All rooms were taken. Only problem was - you could still bokk different types of rooms for that night - so they basically tried to deflect first and then flat out lied. Sad...
3. The "towels" in the outdoor pool are the size of a doormat. Just a joke. You need 3 to 4 towels to dry yourself.
All together the hotel itself is nice, but the service is abysmal and really the combination of the 5star brand and the worst service is making you feel unwelcome and we have never experienced such treatment on many years of travelling.
