Great location, but the hotel needs some better maintenance . Breakfast is so-so: an American-style continental breakfast, very minimal.

Our stay was very enjoyable; the staff was very, very helpful and always there to answer questions. Breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed the outdoor garden terrace for breakfast. I would recommend reserving an upgrade to the standard room as the bathroom had a lot of mold on the tiles.

The room had good air conditioning. We had 2 twin beds so untucked sheets to make one bigger bed. The room was quite and the WiFi worked well. The breakfast had a nice selection of foods and druns. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station so was very convenient and another 5 minutes to the canal which is lined with indoor and outdoor resteraunts. Very nice place.

Lovely little spot to stay whilst in Venice. Certainly showing it's age as a hotel, but the bed was comfy and shower was good. Just what you need when only visiting for a couple of nights.

6/10 不错

Pros: Free breakfast buffet was good, location was fantastic, and the air conditioning was great. Cons: there was one staff person there that was consistently rude to customers. I witnessed him raise his voice at a woman for putting the wrong type of bread in the toaster - in front of a room full of people. In addition, the rooms were definitely worn down and needed some upgrades. Bed comfort was seriously lacking, albeit they had extra pillows, which was great. Overall, it was incredible in terms of location, but I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone even despite that.
