We had a dreadful experience:
- Had to swap rooms (after having fully unpacked) as the air-con was too hot and not working and the tv was also not working properly.
- aircon was also underpowered in the room we moved to.
- door handle broken all week despite reporting it twice.
- 3 items stolen from the balcony of my sons' room. We followed-up all week and no-one could make a decision re compensation, and we were given the run-around all week.
- Hotel also messed up our return private minibus transfer to the airport, which meant we nearly missed our flight.
- Resort is tired and simply sweating their asset with no care for customer satisfaction, eg they advertise use of bikes, but have none, only 2 squash rackets for 3 courts, virtually no snorkeling equipment left, etc.
