I called the hotel early to see if we could get into our room prior to the 3pm check in time, they said we couldn’t because they were cleaning rooms. We showed up at 3:10 and were told that they needed another 15-30. We didn’t get up to our room until almost 4. The lack of communication is disappointing especially for the amount we paid for the evening. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel and we enjoy our stay. Jasmine was helpful and the restaurant was wonderful.

Staff were friendly, facility was clean. They promoted a lot of things online but several things weren’t available. Coffee machine near our room was broken, someone had to let us in the door when we arrive because they didn’t answer the intercom, our key card also wouldn’t open the door when we arrived back at 11pm for the night, we couldn’t book a massage, and they promoted the the club car to us multiple times but when we actually wanted to use it, it was an hour and a half wait. It was nice place but probably won’t return l.
