Place was ok but the rating on Expedia is totally wrong you could hear everything from other rooms and it was very dark not a lot of light in room or hallways I had no towels. I do have to recognize it was very clean and the staff was friendly.

I really like the aesthetic of this hotel! For its price, it was good. No complaints. Room service. No window, though. I loved the big plants inside, and the chairs. The bed is REALLY hard, but huge. My mom tagged along last minute and we could easily shaRe the bed instead of upgrade to two beds fOr seven dollars more, 140 pesos.

The hotel is comfortable and good. Staff are is attentive and helpful. This time around there was human hair on the pillows when husband and I were going to sleep upon arrival @ 4 am so I guess bed was not changed after previous guest. I hope quality of clealiness and service does not decline as time goes by. This hotel is very accesible to my needs. We do enjoy staying here.

Lo peor que puedes hacer es hospedarte aquí. Zona llena de bares de mala muerte, ruido, drogas, violencia y cero control del personal. La primera noche hubo agresiones, gritos y golpes; la segunda, la policía entró por huéspedes armados. Buscando en Internet descubrí que incluso ha habido muertes en este lugar. No es seguro ni para pasar una noche. PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA es un Motel donde los huéspedes estan drogados o borrachos y no hay control del personal. Intente salir de la habitación y una persona armada me pidió que me metiera e intentaron abrir mi puerta.
