The location is very convenient, because Midtown is Central but not attractive. The parking is convenient, but the recommended elevator for our apartment was out of order. The initial key fob did not work for the garage. We got a new one the next day which then worked fine. The team and staff were helpful and very responsive. The equipment was basic but included the things one needs even for a longer stay. The property looks a little nicer in the photos than in reality. I would categorize it as practical but not cozy. Nonetheless it was suitable for our needs and the value for money was adequate so that I would use it again.

Good location and accommodations.....

We were very happy with the accommodations and its location. This is a great place to stay if you plan to go to Houston for a football game or the rodeo. The train is next to the complex and has a stop right next to the stadium. The cost is $1.25 each way. There is a great breakfast place just around the corner....be prepared to wait in lline.

We had a great time!

Great location and great stay. Everyone was nice and communicative. My one complaint is the room smelled really badly of smoke. They came in and ozone treated the room which helped but the smell was still there. With that being said, the location of the place is awesome. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The train is downstairs. And the stadium and ballpark are both nearby.

Nice loft

We were a little daunted about how to actually get the key to the loft. However, we followed the photos and instructions and it was very simple. There is a bar very close by with loud music most nights. The loft had a small noise cancelling machine, which I appreciated very much. We had everything we needed, including a very large walk-in closet. Kitchen was very well equipped.

The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. And the garage isn't gated and is public parking which can make things a bit uneasy with a rental car. Other than that the location is excellent and close to everything; downtown, Montross bars etc. There are several bars and restaurants attached and in walking distance of the building.

I’ve been here twice, checking in both times came with the same issue of not getting the right code. Then I was given a room that did not match the description of what I picked. Be forewarned the train next door is VERY loud. Luckily I was moved however I was moved to a room where the nearest elevator was broken which is a problem when you have to walk two min in open air Houston humidity before getting to the elevator and waiting another few minutes. Garage gate was broken both times so anyone can walk up in it and get into the building as the elevator does not require a card to use at that floor and considering the amount of I housed people hanging around the train I was unhappy it hadn’t been fixed. Biggest bummer was how cold my shower was, based on the sign on the shower they know this is a constant issue. I couldn’t wait for someone to “fix” it at 6am when I needed to leave for work. I really like the layouts of the rooms and how comfy the bed is, all the kitchen appliances are great but for me it’s not worth the other pains.
