The location is down a dark, undeveloped alley and there were a ton of mosquitoes when we arrived. Our bathroom had about 20 moths. We ended up checking out and stayed in an Airbnb the next day. The pool is nice and it would be great if you could get a room in front of the pool. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast was ok.

L'accueil est déplorable, aucun sourire La réservation n'était pas conforme, il manquait la télévision dans la chambre. La salle de bain est en très mauvais état. A côté de la piscine il y a un dépotoir, ce qui rend le séjour très désagréable. Et comble de tout il y as des punaises de lit, nous sommes répartis couverts de boutons. Établissement à éviter

I loved this hotel. The room was huge, the pool was beautiful, and the owner is incredibly kind and speaks three languages. The only downside is the location, as it’s about a 10 minute walk from the beach. That said, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which will surely make the experience even better for future guests.

We had a great stay at Villa Caribe Phu Quoc, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the location was great, close enough for a short walk to beach, if you prefer beach to pool and far enough from main drag to have peaceful quiet. It had a nice verandah to sit out on also

Beautiful place and can’t beat it for the price! We stayed for a couple days and although the facilities could use some TLC it was incredible. The breakfast was not a buffet, but understandable as there were only two couples while we stayed(just out of rainy season not so busy). We were served fried eggs, toast, Pho, fresh fruit, veggies, etc. The staff was very welcoming and the owner was super friendly and personable. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and walking through the alleys there are excellent restaurants and cafes within minutes of our hotel. Highly recommend this place!

Really good price-performance ratio.

Very nice staff and management. Not an easy English conversation but nevertheless very friendly and eager to help. Possibility of renting motorbikes (very good condition). Nice pool. Quiet area some distance away from main road. Position of the hotel is not the mentioned in the city center. It is appr. 2km south from there. Side road if coast street - up the hill. Nice restaurants near by. Very clean room. Really good price-performance ratio.

We really like this villa! The atmosphere of the villa is very peaceful and relaxing. The design is more to modern home style, which very comfortable and feel like home. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, highly recommended for their Vietnamese Rice Noodle. The pool is very clean because the they clean the pool few times everyday. Motorbike are available to rent. Around 5 minutes of walking distance to the main road.
