Unfortunately, our stay did not match the hotel’s online presentation. I am writing this review to share the truth with future guests. We initially stayed in room 302 , which had a strong humidity smell and visible swellings on the walls. Our room was changed the next day. Humidity problem was solved. The room did not have a proper wardrobe, only one towel was provided, and despite repeatedly asking, additional towels never arrived. The heating system was another issue — although there is a control panel in the room, it does not work independently and must be activated by reception each day, which was inconvenient. The lobby has no proper seating area, and the breakfast was very limited. Overall, the hotel looks much better in online photos than in reality.
