Great location for exploring, multiple metro stations short walks away. Clean, modern, fairly spacious rooms. No hot tub on the roof when we were there but maybe it was out of season. Quiet location/rooms. Friendly staff and straight forward check in and out.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff who clearly love the place where they work. Excellent bar and a delicious breakfast. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve had the experience to sleep in. Loved it, and would definitely recommend.

What a great little hotel! We were 4 mates who had two adjoining rooms which was perfect! Nice little touches included the robes and slippers, room was clean and the bed was comfy. Great location, a few bars and restaurants close by and the front desk super friendly. Would definitely recommend

Great hotel! Would recommend to anyone going to Paris. A short walk or metro to the "main" attractions. Staff incredibly helpful. Staying at the hotel was so relaxing. In room coffee, comfortable beds, rooms larger than expected, great water pressure. Terrace is lovely.

This unassuming hotel is in a fantastic location! The staff was amazing, friendly & helpful. Our room was quite small, but well appointed with an amazing view. The hotel patio also had a great view of the Eiffel Tower and was fantastic for late night drinks. Our room was very quiet and clean, with a deep tub in the bathroom.

Fabulous boutique hotel, great location

Fantastic, nothing too much trouble, great location, close to at least two main Metro stops, some great restaurants nearby. Lovely hotel, AMAZING smelling toiletries. Great room, very comfy bed and some fab choices at breakfast. let us leave on our bags on arrival and last day. Word of wearing for Paris in general, don't lose your Metro ticket as it is a 50 Euro on the spot fine even though I could prove I had bought a ticket :-(

As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers we had connecting rooms 207 & 208. They are superb, very comfortable, very clean & have great air-conditioning units. Location is perfect, with a metro station just a few hundred metres away. All the staff that we met at reception and at breakfast were very accommodating, but we'd like to give very special mentions to both Samuel & Kevin who were incredibly helpful and went above & beyond during our stay. A credit to you both & a very big thank you from our whole family. If we ever go to Paris again, we'd definitely stay at Hotel Wallace!

The hotel is so cute and in a great location. We were bummed because the terrace hot tub is the only reason I brought a bathing suit for my four week trip and, upon check in, we were told to use it whenever we want, however when we went out to use it, it was cold. We mentioned this to staff and they said they didn't have the key to adjust the temperature and they'd try to get it fixed. The hot tub was not hot for any of our three nights. It was also weird that I received WhatsApp messages upon check-in and was asked if we needed anything and when I replied that we could use some extra pillows, the message went unread. We did get extra pillows eventually but why message and ask questions if you don't actually have anyone reading responses. It it still a beautiful and well-located hotel.

Hotel pulito e vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, ma deludente perchè non si ritrova l'atmosfera e lo stile delle foto sul sito. La camera che mi è stata data è molto piccola dove si fatica a trovare il posto anche per una sola valigia e con un'unica finestra che si affaccia sul corridoio del cortile interno dove passano gli altri ospiti per raggiungere le loro camere: non si può arieggiare la stanza nè affacciarsi. La terrazza c'è ma la colazione (piuttosto misera) non è servita lì come sembrerebbe leggendo sul sito dell'hotel bensì nel piano interrato quindi un po' soffocante. Per 2 notti delle 4 che ho trascorso lì la terrazza è stata utilizzata per feste private e poichè si affaccia sul cortile interno ha disturbato un po' la mia camera. Nel complesso non mi è sembrato un 4 stelle e non vale il prezzo che ho pagato.

The downstairs bar was very loud. The water in the room made my husband super sick - believe it was a glass bottle filled with tap water that had been sitting for who knows how long. The family suite was two awkwardly connected separate rooms. The area outside the hotel had human feces and kids on the roof across the street threw rocks at my family and I as we were walking on the sidewalk. Do not recommend.
