The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room.

Clean, new apartment which is comfortable for my family of 4. Staff were responsive with my messages. I wish there is dryer. Apartment is located in a residential area of Hakata. It is quiet at night but not many food stalls nearby.

I thought theres someone at the door for check in; in fact its manuel check in Used quite some time to realize the booking number is not working and we need to lookup email for QR code. We bought some fruits back to hotel but theres no knife so the open kitchen doesnt have much of everything. Theres one room with no A/C unit. I booked the accommodation for 3 adults and 3 children. The accommodation comes with two double bed, and a futon but the futon is only single size. It is impossible for the futon to fit an adult and a child. There is not enough space to put the futon in either of the two room too. The futon is very thin and uncomfortable. You are practically sleeping on the cold hard floor. One of the beds in the rooms are also spoilt where you can feel the spring under the mattress. The soundproofing is also bad. Communication with the service agent is also slow.

Our family of three stayed here for three nights, and overall, our experience was underwhelming compared to others. **The Good:** - **Location:** The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a 20-minute walk from Hakata Station, making it very convenient. - **Space:** The apartment is large and spacious. Our one-year-old toddler loved running around. **The Bad:** - **Noise:** Despite being in a residential area, it’s quite noisy due to nearby train tracks. Trains run from 5 a.m. to midnight, making it hard to relax. - **Kitchen:** The apartment has a fully functional kitchen, but no kitchenware like pots or pans are provided, which is inconvenient. **The Ugly:** - **Check-In:** The check-in process is terrible. It’s entirely virtual through a customer service center, possibly not in Japan. Before arrival, you receive an email to upload your documents. The issue for us was the link didn’t ask for my wife’s and daughter’s documents, as they are Japanese citizens. Yet, the service rep insisted I upload their documents, leading to a 15-minute argument before we could check in. The management's link didn’t accommodate Japanese citizens, adding unnecessary stress. As per Japanese law only visitors need to share their travel documents, Japanese citizens do not need to share the travel documents. In short, while the location and space were great, the noise and check-in hassles overshadowed our stay.

有很多天停車場只有一輛車停泊，最多的一天只有三輛車，但酒店仍然不會讓有需要用車位的住客租用，因其必須訂有包括車位的房間，可惜訂房時不在官網的話，完全沒有這項選擇導致無法預約車位，非於官網訂房亦沒有提供煮食用具的選擇。 另外，房間地墊有很多污跡，不夠乾淨，感覺頗舊，必須穿着襪或拖鞋。

La llegada fue bastante incómoda. El check in solo puede hacerse con atención de personas de 15:00 a 19:30h; nuestro vuelo llegó con retraso y al comunicarlo nos pidieron que hagamos el check in online. La web funcionaba muy mal y tanto yo como mis acompañantes lo intentamos mas de 5 veces cada uno, sin exito. Finalmente lo conseguimos pero perdimos muchísimo tiempo con ésto. La habitación es muy amplia y bonita, como un apartamento; bien decorada y luminosa. Lo malo fue que una de las camas matrimoniales estaba muy mal, hacía un ruido tremendo cada vez que nos girabamos durmiendo y el ruido nos despertaba. Creo que nunca antes me había tocado una cama tan ruidosa como esta. El hotel se encuentra bastante alejado del centro y justo al lado de las vias del tren bala, que pasa con una frecuencia muy alta. Es bastante silencioso, pero no lo suficiente para mi que tengo un sueño ligero.
