You get what you pay for!

Absolutely no frills here. We appreciated the breakfast cafe, and the communal spaces, especially with the rooms being so tiny. Rooms lacking basic amenities - like a table - shower somehow managed to soak the entire bathroom because of inadequate shower screen. Rickety bed. But main issue was noise. Paper thin walls meant everything was audible - including neighbours in room above.

Great for a weekend away.

A really cool hotel in a lovely part of the city, just 15 minutes walk from the centre which we always prefer, but make note of that. Great for confident travelers - app based check in / room keys, self service towels / amenities - didn’t see a member of staff our whole stay which is great for us but might not be for others (my parents wouldn’t coped for example!) Room was clean and loved the full window bathroom! Although even when froster you can see everything so if you’re not traveling with a partner maybe give this a miss. Great price too, would book again

Her şey o kadar mükemmeldi ki. Yatak çok rahattı. Gayet sıcak ve çok temizdi. Ve çok tarz bir otel. Resepsiyon olmaması sizi düşündürmesin gayet kolay bir şekilde size ulaşıyolar ve çözülüyor her şey çok memnun kaldık. Konum olarakta her yere yürüyerek 15 dk diyebilirim ve metro 4 dk çok rahat bir konumda

Very good for a budget stay

Great room for a budget stay. Room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet despite the main road outside (good double glazing). Close to an underground station, and onlly 10 minutes' walk to Neumarkt - a big shopping area with a Lidl and Aldi. The "no staff" element seems a little odd, but the check-in worked well and there's a large, warm comfortable lounge area downstairs. WiFi is rapid. Only downside - linked to no staff - was who to contact with requests (we didn't have akettle in our room, for instance). Other than that, would definitely stay again, and will look out for more Koncept hotels around Europe.

Hotel itself is good value for money, with modern furnishings and a lovely cafe downstairs serving fresh breakfast pastries and coffee. We enjoyed the self-service aspect of the hotel and overall had a great stay. We did have a slight issue upon arrival with the cleanliness of our room, however, the property manager was fantastic, apologised and remedied the issue quickly so thank you!

Great concept and idea with self-service check in. Comfortable beds and overall nice room. Great locatoon close enough to the main sites and cathedral. I would not stay again, only due to feeling disappointed in the customer service received during our stay. After just a few hours in our room, the roof was leaking through the light fitting leaving a large puddle on the floor. We weren’t given the option to change rooms and were handed a large pile of towels to clean up the mess. After contacting customer service again the next day and expressing our concern were we changed to another room. Staff were aware of the issue and were not apologetic at all. We explained our disappointment in the service received and overall experience however no follow up or compensation was given.
