The stay was horrible!! I reserved a handicapped room and they only had one available and it was horrible it had a foul odor and stains all on the bed. They didn’t have any more available so they put me on the 3rd floor where kids kept running up and down the hall and doors slamming and half the lights in the room didn’t work. Also the shower head only trickled down. I couldn’t even stay the whole reservation

This property is very old and in dire need of remodeling. Unfortunately, the room kept surprising me with how bad it actually was. It was not a terrible stay and if I expected luxury I would've paid for it. The carpet was ripped in multiple places, blue dye stains all over the bathroom, lights missing, the kitchenette backsplash and side of the refriderator was covered in splattered grease, even the remote didn't have a back on it so the batteries kept falling out. There are broken railings in the stairwell so that should get fixed soon before someone falls. The staff was friendly and clearly doing their best to manage what they have to work with but again the property as a whole needs to start getting maintenance attention. There is a lot of parking and the area felt safe enough for a solo traveler. A lot of guests have pets so if you don't like hearing dogs bark don't stay there however it didn't bother me. Overall, I've stayed at better and worse. Keep your staff but plan some maintenance and deep cleaning.

This was the worst hotel in the nation. There was a fire there recently. The entire facility smelled of burnt wood because the fire was on the first and second floors. I got to room 312 and it was filthy. There were insects in the room. and the bedding had a fresh, moist stain on it. And to add insult to injury, the door could not be safely secured. When closed, slight pressure will cause it to pop open. I left immediately and demanded a refund and was only refunded one of the two day's stay. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!
Look at this greasy stain on the skirting.

Everything Rooms were filthy. Switched rooms 3 times. Food in floors wrappers on floor . Hair and good in beds. Stains on bed. Beds ripped and shredded. No telelephone cord tonuse the phone during emergency. No trash cans . No lamps. No mirrors. Food in sink. Hair in bathtub. Blood on the floor. No toilet paper nontowels and wash cloths clean for use . No brekfast was provoded as stated. 430 am firealarm tripped my drugged out resident cause evecauayiin and trauma to my autistic toddler. Then bi more then 530 and the hotel floor is flooding bevause dame drugged out peiple have a burst pipe. Fast foreward to 730 after weve slept an hour. Our room is flooded. Our belongings were destroyed. We had to order a delovery order to buy nrw shoes to be avle to leave the hotel to go teplace our clothing and everything else before the event we were there for . All in all the worst experince of my life. The biggest catfish hotel of my life . The photos posted are not of this hotel. This was a nightmare. And teying to get a response for a refund or compensation is like pulling teeth.

This was one of the most miserable stays I’ve ever had anywhere, and I’ve stayed in some pretty rough motels/hotels. I had to cycle between three different rooms. The first one, the door key didn’t work. The second one was filthy, with weird substances all over the ground, pill bottles on the floor, toothpaste all over the bathroom counter, and the kitchen sink had no faucet… My third room was pretty awful too, but I was just so exhausted by the end of this whole experience, I just said screw it. The heat in the room was unbearably hot no matter what setting I turned it to. Normally I try to be optimistic with my experiences, and give places a bit of slack, but not here. I almost decided to sleep in my car, it was that bad. Don’t ever stay here.

Room was filthy whole place smells Staff looks and talks like gang members..kids and dogs wandering the halls..one of our party left the first night because there was blood in sink and on floor..cops there twice people lurking in doorways smoling ..footprints in the snow around my truck in the morning..i checked out 2 days early no one even asked why...we had 5 people in 4 rooms. I think my friends just gave up and left after listening to a barking dog in next room all night. I have stayed here for years place has gone right in the toilet. Never be back
