If you need a central "hub" in Takasaki, this hotel and spot really can't be beat. Be aware that they charge for 'everything' including late checkout at 2pm for an additional ¥2,000! Other than the nickel-and-dime approach, it still is a very nice place to stay.

Property was close to everything. Right in the station, short walk to many places to eat and shop. Some great stores right there to get anything we needed and some big chains to buy clothing and stuff. The room was very nice, small, but nicely appointed, everything was clean and modern. Staff always greeted us whenever we met them, from the people making up the rooms to the front desk people. The breakfast was really good also. Very quiet inside, despite being right beside the train station. Totally would stay here again!

一度も行ったことのない高崎駅周辺だったので、地図上で、駅から近いことを重視して予約しました。駅から１分ということでしたが、Google mapで検索すると、遠回りのアクセスが出て、少し到着するのに迷いましたが、ショッピングビル内を通ると、駅からつながっていて、非常に近いです。傘もいりません。お部屋は至って普通だったのですが、にされたお部屋のトイレが流れず、フロントへ連絡したら、ホテルスタッフが、確認のために部屋まで来たのですが、トイレの詰まりを確認するためにバスルームへ入るとき、土足のまま入ってこられました。結局、トイレが詰まっているため、客室を変更してもらいましたが、もし、部屋の変更がなかった場合、ホテルスタッフが、土足で入ったバスルームに素足で入ることになったのかと、思うと嫌な気分になりました。また、宿泊客の前ですら、土足でバスルームに入るぐらいの感覚なので、部屋のカップや備品の衛生面は、どうなのだろうかと不安になりました。
