Had a family emergency. This all meant that our plans had to change. I stayed one of the two nights we had booked. I am greatly disappointed how incredibly insensitive both hotels. Com and Hilton have been. I was not asking for a refund, but a credit to use for another time. You both should be ashamed of yourself. I will NEVER use your services again and I will NEVER stop talking about this company negatively. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!
