PERFECT !!!

BNB Dolcevita is a beautiful recently renovated building. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious. Eugenio the owner is a very nice guy and is there to help his guests anytime. Highly recommend if you are visiting Palermo.

Hotel was lovely and in a great location, overlooking the harbour and just 10 minutes from the city centre pedestrian zone. The room was clean and nice but maybe a bit empty. The hosts were lovely and helpful, providing recommendations on a map.

We stayed 2 nights. Our room was simple, spacious and clean. Very comfortable. We were greeted by friendly Eugene and Amelia, both of whom were very helpful during our stay. Breakfasts/coffee downstairs were easy and very good. It was a nice walk to the center of Palermo. Also a short walk to the harbor. Eugene helped arrange transportation to the airport. I think we chose well and would stay here again or recommend to friends. BnB Dolcevita is a gem in Palermo.

The staff were very friendly and, above all, the room was clean, which I liked. However, there were some homeless people gathered next to the building. They would talk to us and follow us, which was a bit scary (since we were traveling as a group of women). Other than that, I really liked the hotel overall! Dolcevita is a beautifully restored older building near the waterfront of Palermo. Everything is fresh and modern but with touches of history and tradition. The owner who is in has many wonderful suggestions for your time in Palermo. Giudita is helping with reservations, directions or other needs you may have. We stayed almost week and will miss them

Wonderful stay!

Our stay at BnB dolce vita was outstanding! The hosts were very friendly, and went out their way to make our stay comfortable. Both our early check-in request and late check out request were graciously accomodated! Breakfast was nice! Even though the BnB was located next to a busy highway, the windows were fully soundproof which was amazing because you could not hear any noise from outside! It’s also located very close to the centre, and everything is within walking distance! Another nice thing about the location is that the airport shuttle busstop on via Roma is a 7 min walk away. If you visit Palermo, do stay here!

Only problem is that there is no kettle in the room. I find this inconvenient as i like to make a hot drink at night and early in the morning. Other than this , it is a perfect place as location is excellent and the owner/operator is really nice.

Welcome and Staff excellent. I did check on Parking and was reassured it was possible! But there was only off street parking but no spaces so I had to pay an extra 30 euros to garage the car for the two nights
