First of all I booked this room for Valentine's day and the pics are definitely not what you get here when it comes to hot tub and pool We arrived and first off they hold a 50.00 incidentals charge which I understand but the front desk person had only been there 3 days and kept charging the 50.00 like 3 different times due to not enough training they just throw people out there and should train them better we felt bad for them! They reversed it after our stay but still that shouldnt have happened then we get checked in the bathroom door really wasnt one it was a sliding and wouldnt come out the shower had black mold growing in the hardware which is gross the sheets looked they were washed in gray dirty water the door had a gap down the side bottom half you could see out of to the room the walls were paper thin you can hear everything and then theres the hot tub situation we get down there and theres a mat like one we had in kindergarten to take a nap on covering it to warm it up the take it off and its like black nasty water they act like they dont want you to turn it on half the lights dont have light bulbs in the rooms or pool area the pool is ice cold and the pool area is not clean mold around the table rings floor nasty this was a terrible Valentine's day stay!! They should be ashamed of themselves for even taking peoples money!! We will never stay here again! We ended up doing a redo at amother hotel somewhere else the next weekend! Pathetic!!

Our visit to Owenboro was for an official college visit for football and baseball. Upon arrival we were please with the location and the compassion of the staff. Professionalism was on display and reflected in the cleanliness of the room. Our entire stay was great, the beds were a little small, however, very comfortable, and the renovation of the building was a great addition. The breakfast was not great, however the stay over shadowed that. Overall, if my son decides to come to KWC, that will be our location.

Walking in after a long day I was met with a clean lobby, a clean smell and wonderful staff. All of my questions were answered regarding things around the area and the hotel but he was so sweet. I will give a heads up, they are renovating!! Everything is nice and clean and new but there was a couple hiccups in the room that come with renovations and finding the kinks along the way. Nothing that was trip ending, just things that make you giggle. Staff was made aware and they were so sweet and apologized when it wasn’t necessary. Will be coming back on our next trip to the area for sure!

Contrary to Expedia‘s listing of this hotel, only the lobby and the outside are newly renovated. The room we stayed in, was not renovated and very dirty. The staff was unprofessional and many things were broken, damaged and just unclean. Upon arriving the first room we were given was actually dirty and looked as if someone was living in it. The next room we got was “cleaned” but the linens were stained, walls were filthy, and lots of damaged areas. When we woke up a young boy was doing the routine cleaning in the hall way? Weird. I thought at the least it would be worth the cheap price but it was not.
