Construction Nightmare

This trip was horrible. I went to check in and was shocked when there was no mention upon booking that they gutted their lobby and were renovating the entire hotel. There were construction materials lining the inside and outside of the property, and no one mentioned when booking. I stayed 3 nights and was woken up early every morning by construction. Aside from all of that, my room had sticky and uneven floors. It’s definitely not worth the price.

Hotel is being renovated just in the little I saw it's going to be 100 times better than before it seems like it could be a nice hotel rooms have fresh paint new furniture and beds they are really cleaning the entire place up! I look forward to seeing the end result!

When I checked in on Thursday morning, my bathroom sink was stocked up from Thursday night all the way till Friday afternoon around 4 PM. Friday when I got up to take a shower before I had to attend my event, the water was not working and they did not give me a heads up. They were turning the water off. Saturday when it was time to go to my event, the water was not working, so I just decided to check out of the hotel and find a new hotel. Do the fact that I could not take a shower for two days. The hotel was being remodeled and it was a very inconvenience to myself being a traveler. Nothing was available. They never empty my trash, even when I said it outside my door the lady put the trash back in front of my door and said I am responsible for my own trash.

Terrible experience! Roaches everywhere. Found a spider in the bed. Construction going on in the hallway and no one told us anything about it. This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been in.
