The manager on duty was a completely rude and dismissive. The towels were stained and the curtain will not close.

The common spaces and rooms are in serious disrepair. The shower was moldy, the towels were damp and covered in someone else’s hair, and I didn’t want to use any of the surfaces in the kitchenette. I didn’t want to sleep on the bed or stand in the shower. As soon as I checked in I instantly regretted all the life choices that lead me to wanting to save a few bucks. Just don’t do it.

This motel was not clean by any means. I had a suite and absolutely nothing was present in the room, not even a basic coffee maker or any mugs or cups for water. The pull out couch did not have any bedding and the staff didn't give me a full set without first questioning me about things.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave and a stove. There are no pots and pans, plates, bowls, cooking utensils or silverware. The toilet bowl was black inside the bowl. There were no cups/glasses to use to rinse your mouth out with after brushing your teeth. One roll of toilet paper. I asked for an extra blanket and I was told they do not have any. The air conditioner worked and the towels were clean. I used cart to get my bags out in the morning, but had a lot of difficulty getting out of the hotel and back in because the handicapped buttons did not open the doors. The person at the front desk watched me struggle going out and in, but NEVER offered to help me nor did the lightbulb go off that he should come out from behind the desk and help. When leaving one morning, I walked out the front door to a man smoking what I thought was a cigar, but it was a very large blunt. He was filming himself or facetiming someone. The pictures you see online are very old and the place needs a big makeover. There are human trafficking signs in the lobby, which gave me pause. I have never seen signs like that in a hotel before. This hotel is cheap and I see why. You get what you pay for. There needs to be an inspection of this hotel by the county and it needs to be observed.

i did not stay; entrance and parking areas including the handicap spaces were covered in ice; I use a cane to walk and there was no safe way to get onto the lobby--even the sidewalks were covered in ice. How can you offer rooms when there is no safe way to access the hotel,, The conditions were deplorable!!
