The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Good location. Don't expect any amenities (lotion, shampoo, coffee pot) because there aren't any. When we left, the elevator was out of order, but fortunately for us a young man happened by and carried our bags down the stairs.

There was no hot water when i went to take a shower this morning... which was disappointing... and then there was a cockroach on the wall by the table area... Weve stayed here a handful of times and never had these problems.... hopefully someone can see we never complain and maybegive us a disfount the nect tkme we stay...

Free Internet was a joke. You have to pay for high speed internet, so we used our own data. Staff are friendly, but not at front counter the majority of time. The floor in our room was dirty upon entering with water on the kitchenette floor spreading into the bed area. Maintenance had to come to the room twice to fix the issue. There’s quite a bit that could have been handled differently. This was the second hotel/motel that we’ve stayed at in Springfield that was not up to par.
